COVID-19 Notice

As our company responds to COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority. We are committed to being there when our customers and colleagues need us most. Here’s how we’re responding:

  1. Following CDC requirements to prevent the virus’s spread—social distancing by at least 6 feet, frequent and thorough hand-washing, cleaning of potentially affected surfaces.
  2. Asking whether anyone in the household had been diagnosed with COVID-19 or was being quarantined for potential exposure to the virus; a text or phone call the day of the service call asking the same. If so, rescheduling service call for a later date.
  3. The CDC now recommends the use of cloth, nonmedical face coverings in public to help contain the spread of the coronavirus, which all our technicians will wear as well as gloves.
  4. Keeping tools on work mat and cleaning/disinfecting appliance after repair complete.
  5. To avoid contact with potentially tainted surfaces, asking in advance whether documentation and sign-off can be done without exchanging paper or writing implements, and emailing invoices.
